- Every student must have his/her valid identity card while entering the library.
- Every student must maintain silence and discipline in the library.
- Misbehavior on the part of students will be denial of access to the library.
- Students must handle the books, magazines, periodicals etc. belonging to the library carefully and ensure the good condition of the same. A student found to have damaged books/ periodicals/journals would be heavily fined.
- Documents taken out of the shelves must be left on the table.
- Identity cards are not transferable. In case of such transfer, the student whose card/ticket has been transferred and also the one who has made use of suchtransferred card may be punished and denied entry in the library thereafter.
- In case of loss of a book, the student will have to replace the book or pay the market price of the book, as instructed by the librarian.
- Librarian is empowered to recall any book at any time if necessity arises.
- No eatables of any kind to be taken inside the Library.
- Use of mobile phones and audio instrument is strictly prohibited.
- All the library rules notified on the notice board will be binding on every student who is a member of the library.
